We are delighted to announce that we have recently been awarded the RHS level 2 Gardening Award, which you will see proudly displayed on our letter heads! In order to achieve this we had to show that we all contribute to our gardening plans at school, that we are learning new gardening skills and we use gardening to support our wellbeing. We are so proud of how our gardening club have been transforming and maintaining our front garden over the past year. We now have a flower area which aims to be a calming sensory spaces for all and will also produce cut flowers and attract a range of wildlife. We also have a 'vegetable garden' which we hope will be full of produce to share. The whole school are welcome to enjoy this area during outdoor learning opportunities and we look forward to seeing which other parts of the school grounds we can improve through gardening.
